   On May 26, 2010, the last gold coin with a face value of 50 euro was issued by the Austrian Mint from the series "Famous Doctors of Austria" which is dedicated to the famous Austrian pediatrician Clemens von Pirke. Minted with a circulation of 50,000 coins.

   On the obverse of the golden coin of Austria is a portrait of Clemens von Pirke, to the left of which is the staff of Asclepius, as well as the denomination of the 50 EURO coin and the year of minting 2010. On top is the name of the doctor "CLEMENTS VON PIRQUET" and on the right is the years of his life "1874-1929." Below is the country name "REPUBLIK ÖSTERREICH."

   The reverse of the coin depicts a nurse with a sick child against the background of the University Children's Hospital in Vienna, as well as on the insert on the right - Dr. Pirke behind a microscope, engaged in medical research.
