   A collectible silver coin with a face value of 20 euro was issued in 2016 and dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the independence of Lithuania. Minting was carried out at the Lithuanian mint. The circulation was 4,000 coins.

   The obverse of the silver coin depicts the heraldic horseman Vitis, over which the name of the country "LIETUVA" is inscribed. To the left of the image is the face value of the coin "20 €" to the right is the sign of the Lithuanian mint, and to the bottom is the year of issue "2016."

   The reverse of the Lithuanian coin depicts the UN emblem, and under it the date of Lithuania's entry into the organization "17 09 1991." In the lower part are the flags of Lithuania and Iceland, which was the first to recognize the independence of the country. Fragments of flags of other states are also depicted in a circle in order for them to recognize the independence of the Republic of Lithuania.
