Coin "Temple Complex Mneidra" 2 euro Malta

    Malta's commemorative coin "Mneidra Temple Complex" with a face value of 2 euro was issued in July 2018 with a circulation of 320,000 units. Minting was carried out at the Paris Mint of France.

   The obverse of the commemorative coin 2 euro depicts the ruins of the megalithic temple complex of Mnaidra, located on the southern coast of Malta. Above the image is the inscription "MNAJDRA TEMPLATES 3600 - 2500 BC" and at the bottom is the name of the state "MALTA" and the year of issue of the coin "2018." On the right side, the initials of the artist "NGB" are also engraved. On the outer ring of the coin are 12 stars of the European Union.
