Coin "25 years since the formation of the Slovak Republic" 2 euro Slovakia

    The jubilee coin of Slovakia with a face value of 2 euro is timed to coincide with the 25th anniversary of the formation of the Slovak Republic. Issued by the Slovak Mint in January 2018 with a circulation of 1 million coins.

   The obverse of the commemorative coin 2 euro depicts a map of Slovakia and stylized gates to Europe, symbolizing the country's entry into the European Union. Above the map is the Slovak coat of arms and the euro symbol. Below is the date of the declaration of independence of Slovakia "1.1.1993" and the year of issue of the coin "2018." A little higher is the sign of the mint and the initials of the artist "PK" (Pavel Károly). In the lower part of the coin in a semicircle is the name of the country "SLOVENSKÁ REPUBLIKA." On the outer ring - 12 stars of the European Union.
